Riyadh Airports Co. (RAC) has signed an agreement with the car-hailing service company, Uber, to transport passengers from and to King Khalid International Airport, chief executive officer, Saleh Al-Rasheeda told Argaam.

Under this agreement, Uber drivers will safely transport passengers from departure and arrival terminals 1, 2 and 5.

The agreement came as part of the company’s strategy aimed at developing partnerships, which may boost the company’s services.

Riyadh Airports Co. currently operates King Khalid International Airport.

The Public Investment Fund (PIF), which is a sovereign wealth fund owned by Saudi Arabia, invested $3.5 billion in Uber last year.
