Allianz SF’s board chairman resigns

Allianz Saudi Fransi Cooperative Insurance Co. (Allianz SF) said that Abdulrahman Al Sughayer has resigned from his position as board chairman and board member for personal reasons.

 

The resignation, which was submitted on Aug. 14, was accepted by the board of directors and became effective on Aug. 15, the company said in a statement to Tadawul.

 

The insurer added that it will appoint another member after obtaining regulatory approvals.
