GASCO’s case hearing for deadly 2012 explosion postponed

A case hearing against National Gas & Industrialization Co. (GASCO) for a gas tanker explosion that happened in November 2012 has been postponed to October 16, 2017, the company said in a statement.

 

Last May, the company had received a statement of claim against it from the attorney general regarding the explosion that resulted in the death of at least 23 people.

 

The accident in Riyadh also brought down an industrial building and set several vehicles on fire, Reuters reported at the time.
