The Saudi Industrial Property Authority (Modon) and the National Industrial Clusters Development Program (Program) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on Thursday with China’s Goldwind Science & Technology Co., which manufactures wind turbines and accessories, to help the company explore investment opportunities in the Kingdom.

The MoU was inked on the sidelines of the Saudi-Chinese Investment Forum in Jeddah, state news agency SPA said.

Under the agreement, Modon will allocate land to the Chinese company in its industrial cities, while the National Industrial Clusters Development Program will assist the company in identifying investment opportunities and supporting its search for local partners.
