Abu Dhabi’s Aldar awards AED 745 mln contract for The Bridges

Abu Dhabi-listed Aldar Properties has awarded an AED 745 million contract to Construction Group Contracting House (CGCH) for The Bridges project on Reem island, it said in a  statement on Sunday.

 

CGCH will serve as the main contractor and early works package provider for the mid-market residential development, effective immediately.

 

The contract entails the construction of six apartment towers following shoring, piling and earthworks on the site. Each tower will have 1,272 apartments, Aldar said in a statement.

 

The apartments are expected to be ready for handover by Q1 2020, the statement added.
