Saudi Aramco and Russian petrochemical company Sibur are planning to build a gas chemical plant in Saudi Arabia, Reuters reported on Tuesday, citing Russian Energy Minister Alexander Novak.
Both companies will sign a memorandum of understanding (MoU) in Moscow this week.
Novak added that Russia is also looking at possible gas projects with Turkmenistan. Moscow has called on the country to join OPEC and non-member oil producers in a deal to limit crude output.
