Saudi CMA slaps Raydan with SAR 20,000 fine for violations

The Capital Market Authority has imposed a SAR 20,000 fine on Raydan Restaurants and Cuisines Co. due to market violations, Saudi Arabia’s market regulator said in a statement Wednesday.

 

The company failed to submit its annual financial statements for the fiscal year 2016 to the market regulator within the specified period.
