Taleem REIT said it will distribute a 1.5 percent cash dividend to its shareholders for the period May 30, 2017 – September 30, 2017 (122 days).
This will be the first dividend to be distributed by the REIT since it listed on Tadawul on May 30, 2017, according to data compiled by Argaam.
