Saudi Industrial Export to set up two subsidiaries in Jordan, UAE

Saudi Industrial Export Co.’s (SIECO) board of directors have approved setting up two new fully owned subsidiaries in Jordan and the United Arab Emirates (UAE), the company said in a bourse statement.

 

The decision aims to expand the company’s presence in the Jordanian, Iraqi, and Asian markets to facilitate marketing and exports of Saudi products.

 

There are no related parties involved in the deal, SIECO said.
