Saudi aviation authority to discuss high domestic airfare

Saudi Arabia’s Shura Council has called on the General Authority for Civil Aviation (GACA) to address the high prices of domestic flights tickets.

 

The council has also urged the authority to force airlines companies to allot seats for passengers of domestic flights. GACA should also apply self-service system in all airports, the council said in its meeting on Tuesday.

 

Airlines will also be required to handle customer complaints within 15 days of filing.
