Tabuk Agricultural Development Co. (TADCO) has extended a memorandum of understanding (MoU) to buy Astra Food Co.’s agriculture business by one additional month until Nov. 30, 2017, the company said in a statement to Tadawul on Tuesday.

TADCO extended the MoU, which had been earlier renewed to expire on October 31, 2017, to complete talks on the deal.

In May 2016, the Tadawul-listed firm signed an agreement with ASTRA Food to acquire its agricultural division, ASTRA Farms, and the related transport services under a share swap deal, Argaam earlier reported.
