Saudi CMA fines Al Rajhi Takaful, Farm Superstores for violations

Saudi Arabia’s market regulator, the Capital Market Authority (CMA), has fined Al Rajhi Company for Cooperative Insurance (Al Rajhi Takaful) and Saudi Marketing Company (Farm Superstores) SAR 10,000 each for violating market regulations.

 

The insurer failed to comply with the corporate law, while Farm Superstores violated corporate governance rules, the market regulator said in a statement Monday.
