Al Khaleej Training and Education Co.’s general assembly held on Wednesday has elected members of the board of directors for the upcoming three-year term, starting Feb. 12, 2018, the company said in a bourse statement on Thursday.
The board will include Abdulaziz Al Bulaihid, Ahmad Al Shadawi, Abdulaziz Al Rashed, Ahmad Al Serry, Abdulmohsen Al Yahya, Abdulaziz Al Ragtan, Abdulaziz Al Gwai,z and Al-Waleed Aldryaan.
Shareholders approved the formation of the audit committee, which will include Ahmad Al Serry, Ahmad Al Shadawi, Abdulmohsen Al Yahya and Lotfi Shehada.
The general assembly also approved amending the company’s bylaws, in addition to a board recommendation to allocate SAR 400,000 annually for social responsibility.
In a separate statement on Tadawul, the firm said its board had appointed Abdulaziz Al Rashed as vice chairman, effective from Nov. 22 until the end of the current term on Feb. 11, 2018.
