Saudi Arabia’s Communications and Information Technology Commission (CITC) has received a total of 17,188 in subscriber complaints against telecom services providers in the Kingdom during Q3 2017.
The authority registered a total of 9,987 complaints on mobile services, 2,641 on fixed-line internet, and 2,287 complaints on mobile internet.
Customers filed the highest number of complaints against Etihad Etisalat Co. (Mobily) in terms of mobile voice calls, while Mobile Telecommunication Company Saudi Arabia (Zain) received the highest number of complaints on mobile internet services.
In terms of landline voice calls, Saudi Telecom Co. (STC) saw the highest number of service complaints, while Etihad Atheeb Telecom Co. (Go) was the most complained about in terms of fixed-line services.
