Saudi Arabia and Kuwait have the lowest fuel prices in December, as compared to other countries in the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC).
The United Arab Emirates (UAE) has the highest prices in the month, followed by Oman, Qatar, and Bahrain.
Super grade petrol (98 octane) costs $0.24 (SAR 0.90) a liter in Saudi Arabia and $0.35 a liter in Kuwait.
The same grade costs $0.59 a liter in the UAE, and $0.54 per liter in Oman. Qatar and Bahrain have it at $0.49 and $0.42 per liter, respectively.
