Alesayi Group to build carton plant in KAEC’s Industrial Valley

King Abdullah Economic City (KAEC) has inked an agreement with United Cartons Industries Co. Ltd., a subsidiary of Alesayi Group to set up a carton-manufacturing plant in the Industrial Valley, according to a statement.

 

Construction on the project is due to start by Q2 2018, while production is expected to begin in Q2 2020.

 

The plant, which will be built on a 58,000 square-meter land plot, aims to first meet the needs of the local market, before starting exports to the GCC region, Middle East and the global markets.

 

The Industrial Valley has attracted investments from companies in several fields, such as pharmaceuticals, food products, plastics, packaging, building materials, and logistics services.
