SIECO signs distribution deal with Rice King

Saudi Industrial Export Co. (SIECO) signed on Tuesday a one-year selling and distribution contract with Alshalan Sons Company (Shalasco) to distribute its products to Iraq, Jordan and North Africa, the company said in a statement to Tadawul.

 

The value of the deal was not yet disclosed.

 

SIECO signed on Oct. 5 a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Alshalan, Saudi Arabia’s oldest rice producer and owner of the Rice King brand, to represent the company abroad.

 

The financial impact of the contract and any further developments will be announced at a later date, the statement added.
