Chemanol invites shareholders to vote on remuneration policy

Methanol Chemicals Co. (Chemanol) has invited its shareholders to vote on the remuneration policy for board members and senior executives,  at its ordinary general assembly meeting on Dec. 28 at Novotel Hotel, Dammam, the company said in a statement to Tadawul.

Shareholders will also vote on the update of the nomination and remuneration committee regulation, as well as on the policies, standards and procedures for membership of the board of directors.

Shareholders of record at the end of the trading session preceding the general assembly will be eligible to attend the meeting.
