National Water Co. has SAR 8 bln in receivables due: MEWA

Saudi Arabia’s Ministry of Environment, Water and Agriculture (MEWA) said government, commercial and residential entities in the Kingdom owe more than SAR 8 billion in dues to the National Water Co., Al Eqtisadiah newspaper reported, citing a ministry official.

 

The NWC has a client base of 800,000, while the total number of subscribers in all residential, commercial and government entities stands at 1.2 million.
