Al Jouf Agricultural approves updates to board policies

Al Jouf Agricultural Development Co.’s shareholders approved on Sunday updated rules of nominations and remunerations committee, the company said in a bourse statement.

 

Shareholders also approved amended policies and standards of the board membership and policies for remunerations of board members and executives.
