Aljazira Mawten REIT to pay H1 dividend on December 21

Aljazira Mawten REIT will pay a 2.5 percent cash dividend (SAR 0.25 per share) for the first half of 2017 on Thursday, Dec. 21, 2017, the REIT said in a bourse statement.

 

Shareholders of record on Nov. 8, 2017, including those registered at the Securities Depository Center two trading days after this date, are eligible to receive the dividend.

 

Bank Al Jazira will distribute the dividend to eligible shareholders by direct transfer to their bank account, the statement added.
