Dammam Airports Co. (DACO) has launched a new duty-free shop at the King Fahd International Airport (KFIA), according to a statement carried on the official Saudi Press Agency (SPA).
The shop will be operated by an international firm, SPA said, without specifying the name of the company.
The duty-free store spreads over 1,400 square meters and offers more than 300 tax-exempt brands.
Only passengers traveling through KFIA will be allowed to make duty-free purchases, the statement said, adding that the boarding pass will need to be shown on making a purchase.
