AlBaha Investment and Development Co. said that a hearing session for its case against former chairman and board members is scheduled on Monday, Jan. 1, 2018 at the administrative court in Jeddah.
Al Baha had filed a lawsuit before a Jeddah administrative court in 2014 against the former chairman and board members for damages and losses they had allegedly cost the company earlier, Argaam reported.
In March, the Jeddah Administrative Court ordered AlBaha’s former chairman and board directors to pay a total of SAR 68.7 million, plus attorney fees.
However, last July, the company said the court of appeals had overturned the previous ruling against the company’s chairman and board members.
