The sixth auction of property from the late Sheikh Saleh Al-Rajhi’s estate is being held today to sell the Al-Thager land plot, according to the council responsible for the settlement of the succession (Tsfya Al-Rajhi).
The land is one of the largest plots in Northern Riyadh. It is located on King Khalid Road in the Hittin district.
According to data compiled by Argaam, SAR 2.47 billion worth of properties from the estate have been sold so far in five auctions.
The first auction saw the sale of four properties for SAR 644 million. Two malls were sold in the second auction for SAR 385 million and the third auction sold Al-Quds plot for SAR 950 million.
Meanwhile, 12 properties were sold for SAR 295 million in the fourth auction, with seven other assets auctioned off in the fifth phase at a total value of SAR 194.6 million.
