Etihad Etisalat Co. (Mobily) signed a new agreement with Virtustream, a Dell Technologies business and Dell EMC, to support the development of Saudi Arabia's cloud computing market.
Mobily Business will provide new cloud computing services at its Riyadh-based data center, which will be linked to the two existing cloud computing data centers located in Dammam and Jeddah, the company said in a statement.
Accordingly, Mobily will be well-positioned to own the largest cloud computing network in the Kingdom, and offer secure cloud services to the local business sector.
The company is committed to expanding cloud computing services through this strategic partnership, said Majed AlOtaibi, senior executive officer Strategic Planning & Marketing at Mobily.
Mobily aims to provide state-of-the-art services to meet growing demand for cloud computing services of all sectors in the Kingdom, he added.
