Electrical Industries shareholders agree to update committee policies

Electrical Industries Company’s (EIC) shareholders agreed in a general assembly on Sunday to update policies and work regulations of the auditing committee, and the remunerations and nominations committee.

 

Shareholders also approved updating the remuneration policy for the board members and top executive management, in addition to updating the policies, criteria and procedures of the board and executive management’s memberships.
