Thob Al-Aseel appoints two board members

Thob Al-Aseel Co.’s board of directors approved on Monday the appointment of Tariq Al Tuwaijri and Ahmed bin Mohammed Al Monaifi as independent board members, the firm said in a statement to Tadawul.

The new appointments are effective immediately, until the end of the term on Sept. 4, 2021, the statement said.

The general assembly approval is still pending.

Al Tuwaijri has 20 years of experience in the business and financial sectors, while Al Monaifi has more than 23 years of experience in risk management and the financial sector, it added.
