Saudi Cement shareholders approve board remuneration policy

Saudi Cement Co.’s shareholders on Wednesday approved the updated remuneration policy for the board of directors, the company said in a bourse statement.

 

The updated policies for board membership as well as other updated regulations for the audit, nomination and remuneration committees were also adopted by the general assembly.
