Al Hokair Group opens entertainment centers in Taif, Khobar

Abdulmohsen Al Hokair Group for Tourism and Development Co. (Al Hokair Group) on Wednesday opened two entertainment centers – one in Taif and another in Al Khobar – under the Al Hokair Time brand name, the company said in a bourse statement.

 

The Taif complex comprises internal entertainment facilities (Sparkey's, Sky Zone, Snowy Forest) in addition to a number of restaurants and cafes. The complex covers an area of 8,500 square meters (sqm), with a Saudization rate of 74 percent.

 

The second center, spread over 3,500 sqm, will also include Sky Zone and Snowy Forest entertainment facilities, along with restaurants and cafes. It will have a Saudization rate of 50 percent.

 

The financial impact for both centers will reflect on Q1 2018 financials, the statement said.
