National Gypsum shareholders to vote on board remuneration policy Jan. 17

National Gypsum Co.’s shareholders will vote on the updated policies for board membership as well as the remuneration policy for board members and executives in the general assembly meeting scheduled for January 17.

 

They will also vote on the updated regulations for the audit, nominations and remunerations committees, the company said in a bourse statement.
