Dur inks SAR 300 mln Tawarruq deal with SABB

Dur Hospitality on Thursday signed a SAR 300 million Tawarruq deal with The Saudi British Bank (SABB), the company said in a bourse statement.

 

The hospitality firm will use the facility to finance several expansion projects.

 

The seven-year finance tenor, which extends until Dec. 27, 2024, is guaranteed by a promissory note.

 

Dur is finalizing other finance deals to boost its investment plans, the statement added.
