Fawaz Alhokair board member resigns

Fawaz Abdulaziz Alhokair Co.’s board of directors on Thursday approved the resignation of Ammar Al Khudairy, an independent board member, the company said in a statement on Tadawul.

 

The resignation was submitted on Dec. 26 for personal reasons and came into effect immediately.
