Takween amends Articles of Incorporation during EGM

Takween Advanced Industries (Takween) shareholders have approved amending Article 3(7) of the Articles of Incorporation pertaining to the company’s business portfolio, the company said in a bourse statement.

 

This came during the company’s extraordinary general meeting, held on December 28, 2017.

 

Shareholders also endorsed amending Article No. 9 of the Articles of Incorporation related to the outstanding shares, Article 19(4) related to the board’s capabilities, and Article No. 20 related to board remuneration policy.

 

Shareholders also gave the go-ahead for the updated regulations of the corporate governance, including audit, nomination and remuneration committees, board remuneration policy, as well as the board membership.
