The Capital Market Authority’s board has issued a resolution approving rules for Special Purposes Entities and the Special Purposes Entity bylaws, the regulator said in a statement.
The rules will enter into force starting from April 1, 2018.
The new regulations aim to regulate the establishment and licensing of special purpose entities, and to define the related monitoring and supervisory rules, the CMA added.
