Saudi Arabia's oil exports to Japan rose by 19.3 percent month-on-month to an average of 1.39 million barrels per day (bpd) in November, Platts reported, citing data released by Japan's Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry.

The Kingdom's crude exports rose 12.5 percent year-on-year in November on a bpd basis, the report added.

Japan imported more oil from key Middle Eastern producers in November, as end-users in Northeast Asia diverted focus away from North and Central American supply, due to the onslaught of Hurricane Harvey in late in the third quarter.
