Dar Al-Arkan starts construction at Dubai's I Love Florence project

Dar Al-Arkan Real Estate Development has started construction works at I Love Florence Tower in Dubai, the company said in a statement on Sunday.

 

The Saudi-listed developer signed a contract with GFG Group to lay the necessary groundworks and implement digging works for the project.

 

The 38-storey tower comprises residential units and penthouses, the statement added.

 

Last month, Dar Al-Arkan launched the AED 800 million residential tower in Downtown Dubai, close to the fast-growing Business Bay and Dubai Canal district.
