SGS invites shareholders to attend extraordinary general assembly meeting on Jan. 21

Saudi Ground Services Company (SGS) has invited its shareholders to attend the extraordinary general assembly meeting taking place at the company headquarters in Jeddah on Jan. 21, the firm said in a bourse statement.

 

In the meeting, shareholders will be voting on amending the company’s activities in the articles of association. They will vote on adding article no. 20 to the articles of association concerning a vacant seat at the board of directors, and on amending article no. 45 regarding dividends.

 

Shareholders will vote on the distributed dividends for Q1, Q2 and Q3 of fiscal year 2017, which amount to SAR 366.6 million, or 19.5 of capital (SAR 1.95 per share).

 

They will also vote on re-organizing and numbering the company’s articles of association to match the previously mentioned amendments and article additions. 

 

Registered shareholders at Securities Depository Center Co. (Edaa) by the end of the trading day prior to the extraordinary general assembly meeting can attend or authorize a representative, according to the rules and regulations. Voting can also be done through Tadawulaty.com, the statement added.
