Saudi Electricity shareholders to elect board members Jan. 21

Saudi Electricity Co. (SEC) shareholders will elect board members for the next three-year term during the company’s ordinary general meeting, slated for Jan. 21, 2018. 
 
They will also authorize the new board as of January 1, 2018, the utility provider said in a bourse statement.
