GOSI replaces representative on Petrochem’s board

National Petrochemical Co. (Petrochem) said on Thursday that the General Organization for Social Insurance (GOSI) appointed Eyad Al Hussain, non-executive member, as a member representing the authority on the company’s board.

 

Al-Hussain will replace Riyadh Al Zaharani, non-executive member, effective Jan. 14, the company said in a statement on Tadawul.

 

The new appointment, which was endorsed by Petrochem’s board of directors, is subject to the approval of the upcoming general assembly meeting, the company added in a bourse statement.

 

Al Hussain currently serves as the deputy governor for financial and administrative affairs at GOSI.
