Al Sorayai Trading appoints new audit committee member

Al Sorayai Trading and Industrial Group on Sunday appointed Nader Rashed Mohammed Al Nasser as a member of the audit committee, the company said in statement to Tadawul.

Al Nasser will replace Mohammed Ahmed Khalawi Mowkley, who resigned from the audit committee and board of directors on Jan. 13. His resignation was accepted by the board on Jan. 14.

Al Nasser’s membership, which will run until the end of the current session, is pending general assembly approval
