Saudi Cable again delays releasing audited financials

Saudi Cable Co. has again delayed disclosing its audited financial statements for the first, second and third quarters of 2017, citing that the extraordinary general assembly only approved the new external auditor’s appointment on Jan. 14, 2018.

 

The Q1 financial results are expected to be reported on Feb. 5, the cable producer added in a statement to Tadawul on Tuesday.

 

The second and third-quarter figures are likely to be disclosed on Feb. 26 and March 19, respectively.
