Saudi Paper opens nominations for board membership

Saudi Paper Manufacturing Co. (SPM) will open nominations for membership on the board of directors for the upcoming three-year term starting April 27, 2018, the company said in a statement to Tadawul.

 

Interested and eligible shareholders can submit a request for nomination from Jan. 21 – Feb. 24, 2018.
