GASCO cancels contract extension with Saudi Gas Cylinder

National Gas & Industrialization Co. (GASCO) has agreed with the Saudi Gas Cylinder Factory to cancel a one-year contract extension, signed on November 2, 2017, without any liabilities.

 

No deals have been concluded under this contract to date, GASCO said in a bourse statement on Wednesday.

 

Last November, the gas distributor signed an agreement worth SAR 59.3 million with its 37.57 percent-owned affiliate, Saudi Gas Cylinder to manufacture cylinders and gas tanks, Argaam reported.
