Al Kathiri Holding shareholders to vote on reappointing external auditor

Al Kathiri Holding Co. has invited its shareholders to attend the first general assembly meeting at the company’s Riyadh headquaters on Feb. 4, it said in a bourse statement.

 

Shareholders will vote on reappointing the external auditor to audit the company’s financials for the fiscal year 2017.
