Seventh auction for Sheikh Saleh Al-Rajhi estate on February 10

The seventh auction of property from the late Sheikh Saleh Al-Rajhi’s estate will be held on Feb. 10, according to the council responsible for the settlement of the succession (Tsfya Al-Rajhi).

Seven residential and commercial buildings, as well as land plots, will be sold in the auction including Sahara Mall, Ateeqa Market, 922 Olaya, workshops of Al Kharj Road warehouses, Al Rawdah Mall, Mall 17 in Al Khalidiyah, Khanshalila villas, and Khanshalila land plots 1968 and 2278.

Nearly SAR 3 billion worth of properties from the estate have been sold so far in six auctions, according to data compiled by Argaam.
