Al Kathiri Holding reappoints external auditor

Al Kathiri Holding Co.’s ordinary general assembly on Sunday approved reappointing Al Nemer Certified Public Accountants Office as the external auditor to audit financial results for fiscal year 2017, the company said in a statement to Tadawul.

 

In a separate statement, Al Kathiri said that it had abided by its plan to adopt the International the Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) as of Jan. 1, 2017.

 

The company saw no material impact on financial statements from IFRS implementation.

 

Al Kathiri is ready to issue IFRS-compliant financial results for Q1 2018, it added.
