Solidarity gets SAMA nod on new board members

Solidarity Saudi Takaful Company has received a letter of approval from the Saudi Arabian Monetary Authority (SAMA) to appoint Abdul-Ella Ibrahim Al-Qasimi as the new chairman of the board of directors, the company said in a bourse filing on Tuesday.

 

SAMA also approved the appointment of Ashraf Adnan Bseiso as vice chairman and chairman of the executive committee, and Hassan Mohammed Hassan as a member of the board of directors and the investment committee, the statement added.
