Alandalus Property’s shareholders to elect board members March 5

Alandaus Property Co.’s shareholders are set to elect board members for the upcoming three-year term starting on March 10, 2018, during the general assembly meeting to be held on March 5.

Shareholders will also vote on forming the audit committee for the new term, elect its members, and vote on its regulations, the company said in a bourse statement on Monday.

The nominated members of the audit committee are Abdul Rahman Al Barak, Saleh Al Yahya, and Alaa Al Feda.
