SGS, Jabal Omar ink MoU for new passenger terminal in Makkah

Saudi Ground Services Company (SGS) and Jabal Omar Development Co. on Wednesday signed a non-binding memorandum of understanding (MoU) to study building a new passenger terminal at King Abdulaziz International Airport and Taif Regional Airport.

 

The preliminary agreement aims to provide better services for pilgrims and Umrah performers in the central district, Makkah, both companies said in separate bourse statements on Thursday.

 

The 180-day MoU came into effect on Feb. 21, 2018.

 

Mansour Rashid Al Bosaily, who serves as a board member in the two companies, is a related party, the statements added.
