Aljazira Mawten REIT reported a net profit of SAR 6.28 million for the period from Feb. 15 to Dec. 31, 2017, fund manager Aljazira Capital said in a statement to Tadawul.
The REIT’s net asset value stood at SAR 121.33 million.
Total expenses and fees reached SAR 2.76 million for the same period, the statement added.
The fund’s number of units stood at 11.8 million at year-end.
